School of the Arts and Media Audition Day

Acceptance into Shepherd University’s School of the Arts and Media involves two steps:

1. Apply and be accepted to Shepherd University.
2. Complete an audition to be accepted into the School of the Arts and Media.

Students interested in any of Shepherd’s music and theater degree programs must complete both steps before enrolling as a music or theater major. You do not need to be admitted to Shepherd before scheduling your audition, so we encourage you to begin both processes early.

While Shepherd University accepts applications on a rolling basis, School of the Arts and Media audition dates are scheduled on specific dates throughout the year. Admission to the music and theater programs is competitive, so early application and audition registration are recommended.
